Clear Deal 24 is a 24 month tiered rate electricity plan from TXU Energy with rates from 16.5 to 27.2 cents per kWh.
This plan is well above the competitive market rates, so it's hard to suggest who should buy this plan. The bill credit is at 800 kWh usage, so that is good for smaller home dwellers, but at the same time it would have to be a home that uses at least 800 kWh an hour every month, never any less, to get that credit. It seems like a lot of work for a plan that will still be expensive.
