Think Energy's Think Clean 36 is a solid, flat fixed-rate plan that's good for any shopper who doesn't want to deal with the electricity market for awhile. Because the 3-year plan is a mostly flat rate, it's not a bad plan for small homes or gigantic estates. It would be fine for apartment dwellers, but the 3 year contract might cause problems. But, in general, for anyone looking for a relatively predictable bill every month based just on usage, this is a pretty good plan. Additionally, becuase it's a 100% renewable energy plan, it's a great buy for anyone who's carbon conscious and environmentally friendly.
